It almost seems like everywhere you go someone is bound to have some ink on them. It's like the new Cali-fashion trend. Girls and boys from different ages are covering themselves in body art. It's quite wonderful to be able to express a love, passion, or just something that looks appealing to your eye by having it drawn on you. BEWARE they are quite addicting! Students all over campus are seen with ink all the time. It's either exposed or some have them in more hidden areas. In today's generation, tattoos have been much more excepted than they were a few years ago. Very few people had them then and now even some of our favorite Hollywood celebrities are rockin them!

There is always a commotion going on in downtown Los Angeles. Whether it be the Lakers, a movie premier, concert, or other events there is just always a traffic of people. LA Live is not only big for their events. Across from staples center there are bars, and restaurants. Buses full of college students have invaded downtown LA making it a college entertainment party scene.
Here is a line up of some hot spots you might wanna check out:
Trader Vic's (great place to drink!), Yard House (game spot/bar) ESPN Zone (the home of sports center), Nokia Theater(concerts). If your looking for something that's open a little later Wokcano is located on 7th street a few blocks away (Japanese restaurant with late happy hour), and also Varnish (a diner/bar). No matter the occasion downtown will have a little something for everyone..CHEERS nightlife people!

It was no surprise when Lady GaGa showed up to the Grammy Awards in this beautiful one-of-a-kind outfit that caught everyone's attention. She has worked with worldwide top designers giving her a very special recognition. She's what I may call a perfect fashion icon. Fans however were shocked (in a positive way of course), when that exact dress was unveiled March 4th on the well-known Armani store on 5th Avenue New York. The dress alone made almost everyone who saw it, stop and stare for a few minutes and idolize it. Who wouldn't?

Beauty tip: Try doing a messy bun up-do rather than straightening or curling your hair. Use bobby-pins to pin your hair up. It's a natural "messy" style but it looks fantastic and is simple to do. Try NOT to use hair products, but if you absolutely can't go without them use very little. Do this frequently and it will keep your hair from damaging as well as help prevent split ends. Whenever you do decide to wear your hair down it will look much healthier and not to mention shinier! Trust me you'll feel the difference!

Beauty tip: Applying sun screen daily will prevent wrinkles, aging, and keep your skin looking and feeling healthy. It is extremely important to protect your skin from potentially damaging UVA & UVB rays. Don't just use it during the summer, apply it all year long. Don't be afraid to tan, just limit the exposure. Instead of 3 hours in one single day try breaking it up into 30 minute sessions. Make sure to find the right sunscreen for you. The more fair your natural skin color is the higher SPF you'll need. So remember tan GRADUALLY, and keep it to a MINIMUM...Summer 2010 here we come!
