First things first, PROTECT YOUR SKIN with SPF before you head to the beach or are in any direct sunlight. Make sure to cover yourself from head to toe every two hours. Protect your hair with some leave in conditioner and color protectant because the suns strong rays can dry and fade out your hair. For a nice bikini line get a wax done, or if you shave hydrate the area with lotion. Make sure to stay hydrated. Drink lots of water and eat fruits. Final step ladies! One word...DELICIOUS! The winner of Myfox LA's #1 vegetarian restaurant in Los Angeles, One World Vegetarian Cuisine, has definately lived up to the reputation of being number one. This restaurant not only has surprised vegetarians but meat lovers as well . Their animal-free cuisine actually can pass for real chicken, beef, or fish. My boyfriend and I are huge fans of this place and come here at least once a week. The chick-un nuggets, tuno sandwich, and vegan carrot cake are bomb! Seriously, my boyfriends not even vegetarian and actually loves this place it's awesome! They cook their food to the highest standards and are always fresh, and organic. They range from Hispanic, European, Asian, and American food. It's relaxing, soothing, and decorated with beautiful elegant bamboo and water fountains. The staff is super chill, very polite, and helpful. It's the perfect place to come and eat a
healthy meal or even just get dessert if you got the munchies. So don't take my word for it come and try it yourself!...
